Shipping & Returns

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Delivery costs that are calculated on total weight includes the weight of both the products and the packaging. All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.


FREE UK Delivery on Orders Over £50*

Buy any item on our store to get free shipping to the UK Mainland on any order over £50. Sale items do not qualify for the UK free shipping offer.


Shipping Times

All parcels are sent via DPD or MyHermes. The time may take up to 3 – 5 working days, and the lead-time can be seen on each product page. If we have your item in stock, it will in most cases be shipped the next day. If your order an item that is out of stock, there will be a lead-time to source directly from the Manufacturer factory.


365 Day Returns

UK Returns: You can return any item within 365 days of purchase and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. Any item to be returned must be in its original packaging, unused and unaltered, and with its original tags and labels. To create a return, select the relevant order on your Order History page. If your order falls within the allocated time frame of 365 days, you’ll be able to initiate a return process. On the order history page, simply click the order you wish to return, and you’ll see the order details. At the bottom of the page you’ll be able to select the products from your order you wish to return. Add some information about your reasons for a return and hit the button to send a return request. You’ll be emailed the results of the return request. You should NOT return an item to us unless your return request has been accepted. If you qualify for quibble free return, there will be no cost to you to return the item to us, and you will be refunded for any costs to return incurred. We recomend you use a reputable courier with insurance where necessary and retain proof of postage. Our 365 day returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address unless otherwise stated.

You cannot return electronic products which have been opened, and personalised items.

Don’t Qualify for No Quibble Return? If your order is not in its original packaging and is/or used, you will not qualify for a Quibble Free Return. You will get an email informing you of this.

Our Obligations:

There are no restocking fees. We usually process refunds or exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned goods. If you qualify for a refund, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used. If you qualify for an exchange, we will dispatch the required replacement item(s) within the time frame specified for the product(s) as displayed on our website.


Sale Items

Sale items do not qualify for the UK free shipping offer. This will be applied in the checkout. Sale items cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Who do we use to send your order?

All our parcels are sent with DPD Interlink Express or MyHermes. International parcels are sent with DPD.
